Tuka is designed with privacy at its core. All processing happens locally on your Mac. Your recordings, transcriptions, and data never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Data We Collect

• Account information (email) for license management
• Anonymous usage analytics (can be disabled)
• Crash reports to improve stability (optional)

Data We Don't Collect

• Your screen recordings
• Audio or transcriptions
• Files or documents on your computer
• Browsing history or app usage

Local AI Processing

All AI features including transcription and OCR run entirely on your device using embedded models. No audio, video, or text is sent to external servers for processing.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment transactions. We do not store your payment details.
