Capture a Single Window
Window capture records only the selected application window, giving you a clean recording without desktop clutter.
Open Tuka and select Window from the source picker.
Click on the window you want to capture. It will be highlighted.
Click Record to start capturing.
Stop recording from the menu bar or with your keyboard shortcut.
Background Options
When recording a window, you can choose a background:
- Transparent — useful if you plan to composite later
- Solid color — clean, professional look
- Gradient — branded backgrounds
- Wallpaper — your desktop wallpaper
Multiple Windows
You can record multiple windows simultaneously. Select additional windows from the source picker to create a grid or side-by-side layout.

Window capture automatically follows the window if you resize or move it during recording.
